Payment & Shipping

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card via PayPal or by PayPal account. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal to process credit card transactions. Sorry, we don’t accept orders over the phone.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer international shipping for over 60 countries and will be adding more soon. If you do not see your country listed on the checkout page, please email us at orders@reasonistink.com and special accommodations can sometimes be made.

Attention International Buyers

Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Reasonist Ink, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.

I have a great idea for a shirt! Do you want to buy it?

If you have a good shirt idea, send it to ideas@reasonistink.com, and if we want to make it we will send you any free t-shirt of your choice. The more ideas you send in, the better chance that one of yours will be selected. Feel free to include multiple ideas in one email.

Are you looking for new models?

We are always on the lookout for new models. If you are interested, please send a variety of pictures of yourself to us at reasonistink@gmail.com. Include the city you are located in, and any other info you think we will find helpful. The more pictures that you include, the better. And please include some where you are having fun! They do not need to be professional shots. In fact, we prefer at least some are pictures of you hanging out, goofing off, smiling, and having fun.

Returns & Exchanges

I was sent the wrong shirt/I was sent a defective shirt.

If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us at orders@reasonistink.com with your name and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you.  If you would like to leave your phone number, we would be happy to call you to talk about fixing your order.

Ordering

How can I make a change to my order?

If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at orders@reasonistink.com and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?

Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email orders@reasonistink.com and we can confirm that the order was placed.

Do you sell shirts wholesale?

Retailers interested in wholesale information should contact us at info@reasonistink.com. Please include your contact information, what store you are purchasing for, and a valid employer ID number.
